Minimum Requirements:
Proven experience in email marketing for e-commerce brands, including managing campaigns and flows.
Expertise in using Klaviyo or similar email platforms.
Understanding of email marketing best practices, with the ability to ensure emails are delivered effectively and avoid spam folders.
Proficiency in design tools such as Photoshop, Canva, or similar.
Strong design skills with an eye for creating engaging and brand-consistent content.
Excellent copywriting skills with attention to detail and the ability to write persuasive content.
Strong communication skills with a focus on open, transparent, and kind candour.
Ability to work efficiently, with honesty and diligence, in a hybrid or remote role.
Duties:
Develop, plan, and execute 1 to 2 email marketing campaigns per week for each of the three brands.
Take ownership of brainstorming and creating campaign ideas in advance.
Manage and optimize email flows, including but not limited to abandoned carts, welcome series, and post-purchase sequences.
Leverage Klaviyo to create, manage, and track email campaigns.
Design visually appealing and on-brand email content, ensuring consistency with brand guidelines.
Write compelling copy that engages recipients, boosts conversions, and drives sales.
Analyze campaign performance using data-driven insights and implement continuous improvements.
Provide best practice recommendations and share learnings from previous campaigns and experiences.
Maintain high standards of written English and clear communication across all email marketing materials.
