Consultancy requires a motivated, organized, and professional Temp Office Assiciate offering expertise in general office management, handling correspondence and ability to facilitate departmental procedures to maximize the efficiency of office. An individual with knowledge of office administration, team building and effective communication skills can be utilized to facilitate smooth office operations

EXPERIENCE:
Suitable candidates must have the following work experience:
Two years +experience working in office support/office administration roles

Suitable candidates must possess the following minimum qualifications and skills:

Matric/Senior Certification

Able to perform multiple secretarial tasks simultaneously

MS Office Suite

Typing 60 + WPM (Speed and Accuracy)

skilled in providing clerical and administrative support to all departments as per policies

Outstanding written and verbal communication skills

Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills

Proficient in monitoring and ensuring the flow of data input and output

Ability to manage inventory and filing systems and maintaining liaisons with various internal and external agents

THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE’S RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE, BUT NOT BE LIMITED TO:

Format and type correspondence as needed

Manage office operations and supplies

Establish and maintain computerized filing and records systems

Process daily paperwork

Assist with training responsibilities

Prioritize and route incoming mail

Make travel arrangements and reservations as required

Manage incoming and outgoing emails
