
QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent in retail/fashion industry
Minimum of three to five years experience in retail (Buying,Planning Store Operations)
Previous people/business management experience
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Develop brand plans, aligned to FN international strategy that supports the overall companies strategic objectives.
Forecast sales and stock plans by season.
Manage logistics of flow of stock from order to stores.
Maintain close relationships with business partners in order to ensure that the brand standards are maintained.
Implement Brand standards in store. (Visual, service, culture)
Manage general operations of the stores meeting company's standards.
Compile sales and profitability data, compile and submit management reports as and when required.
Responsible for ongoing business analysis, making recommendations for change which impacts positively on the Brands performance.
Manage flow and distribution of product to stores in order to meet required sales and stock turn. Responsible for store openings in conjunction with the relevant team.
Marketing – develop and implement a marketing plan with the assistance of the marketing team to launch and build the Brand in SA.
